激光多普勒

Profil的激光多普勒评估

Profil Germany的激光多普勒技术

在Profil，激光多普勒血流仪被用于血流（BF）评估。探头置于右手手背大鱼际一侧。测量时使用连续波激光。红细胞的运动会引起多普勒频移效应，反射后可进行BF分析。

用于测量的参数是缺血前BF（piBF）和前臂经过4.5分钟的超收缩缺血后在反应充血（rBF）期间的最大缺血后BF。反应性充血反映了微循环的内皮依赖性血管反应。

激光多普勒还用于电泳、局部皮肤加热和交感测试（冷压力测试/深呼吸测试）。

测量参数由商业软件自动计算。
